May 24, 2025:

Safety drill for the sailors, Vågen in the port of Stavanger. I collaboration with Viking Life Saving Equipment.
Launch of SOS Children’s Villages Fundraising CampaignBroken Dreams – A Light of Hope”, in the port of Stavanger.

June 30, 2025: ​
The vessel is moved to the Margarinlinjen (Margarine Line) in the Port of Stavanger.​

July 3, 2025:

Photography of the sailors on board Restauration. Brass band. Restauration docked at Fiskepiren 1, 4013 Stavanger. 2:00 pm – 2:30 pm
Press conference and gift presentation by the ship's side, Fiskepiren 1. 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm
Restauration Crossings200 Sailaway event, at Fiskepiren AS in the Port of Stavanger. 6:00 pm – 01:00 am. More info here.

July 4, 2025:

Stavanger:
– 11:00 am Ceremony at Stavanger Cathedral / Domkirken
– 11:40 am The Restauration Friends Association commemorates and lights a candle at Mary Ellen McNish’s footprints in the innermost part of the Vågen harbor in the center of Stavanger.
– 12:00 pm Commemoration in Vågen (“main” port/harbour, nearby the Cathredal / Domkirken, downtown Stavanger)

– 12:51 pm Restauration Crossings200 voyage starts, follows the Royal Barge and then the Royal Yacht out through Byfjorden. On land: sale of quality products related to Restauration in stalls along Strandkaien.

– 2:00 pm The Restauration Friends Association commemorates and lights a candle at the children’s graves at Musegata 54/56. Everyone is encouraged to stop by and light a candle whenever it suits them on July 4th.

- 3:30 pm – approx. 10:15 pm: Join the boats Rygerkongen and Restauration for the community celebration on Kvitsøy, and as escort boats from Dusavik in Randaberg to Kvitsøy. More info here.

- 6:25 pm (18:25) The classic movie The Emigrants (1971), starring Liv Ullmann — the official patron of the voyage — will be shown in a cinema in Stavanger. (Also playing on July 5 and 6, alongside the new Emigrants film from 2021.) More info here.
